All of such shares will be offered and sold by The Dow Chemical Company, and The Dow Chemical Company will receive all of the proceeds from such offering.
Pfenex will not sell any shares in the offering and it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares.
Morgan Stanley is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering.
